The following Terms and Conditions apply to your usage of the Metro City Homes site and services, including questions about land, villas, builder flats, and properties 1-4 BHK at our Uttam Nagar and Nawada offices.

Everything on our site including description of property and information about loans is informational. We are as accurate as we can be. Users need to check information on their own. Metro City Homes is not responsible to make mistakes, leave anything out or to suffer any loss due to reliance on this information.

A formal agreement will detail the details such as price and payment terms and delivery schedules when booking or buying properties. Transactions are all subject to availability and legal approvals. We need proper identification and might be able to do background checks to enable loaning. On the basis of our internal policies and laws, refunding or cancellation takes place.

We have intellectual property on our site in the form of logos and designs, which is owned by Metro City Homes. It is forbidden to unlawfully use it. Users do not agree to use the site in an illegal, spam, or data-harvesting manner. 

In cases of dispute, such terms are subject to Indian laws and to Indian Delhi courts. We reject all reimbursement of indirect losses, such as loss of profits. Non-performance is justified under force majeure (e.g. natural calamities). We are facilitators when it comes to loan related services and the ultimate decision lies with banks.

Your contact information means that you accept our communications. We take the security of our data seriously, however we recommend that shared equipment should only be used occasionally.
